Culinary mushrooms · Cultivated fresh
The next drop is already growing.
Every harvest is a limited release. We weigh it, pack it into fixed 4 oz units, and email + text the harvest list first. Reserve your share, then pick it up at the farm.

The lineup
What drops here
Five species in rotation, packed in fixed 4 oz units. Availability changes with every harvest - that's the point.
Lion's mane H. erinaceus
Shreds like crab, sears like steak. The drop that sells out first.
Blue oyster P. columbinus
Crispy edges, deep savor. The weeknight workhorse.
Pink oyster P. djamor
Loud color, crisps up rich and savory. Cook it the day you get it.
King trumpet P. eryngii
Thick stems made for scallop-cut medallions and serious chew.
Shiitake L. edodes
The umami anchor - broths, stir-fry, everything else.
The format
How drops work
No storefront hours, no wilting shelf stock. Mushrooms come off the block, onto the scale, and straight to the people who claimed them.
We weigh the harvest
Every flush gets cut, weighed, and packed into fixed 4 oz units by species. Whatever the farm gives us is the whole drop - when it's claimed, it's gone.
You get the heads-up
Harvest-alert subscribers get an email 1-2 days before a harvest opens. Add your number and tick the SMS box to get the same heads-up by text.
Reserve your share
Claim your 4 oz packs while they last. Pay by card when you claim, or with cash at pickup.
Pick up - or get it dropped
Grab your order at the farm - we'll remind you the day before and the day of. Want delivery instead? Say so in the form and we'll quote your route.

One short form. Next time a harvest hits the scale, you hear it before the rest of town does.
